Volume Oscillator
 Volume Oscillator (VO) is calculated as the ratio between fast and slow
volume moving averages. The Percentage Volume Oscillator (PVO) is the percentage
value of the Volume Oscillator.
The PVO helps to determine when the current volume is greater than the average
volume, thus, highlighting periods of higher volume activity (volume surges).
Since volume surges affect the supply/demand balance, they precede the price
trend reversals in many cases.
In the quotations tables below, PVO values that are above 10% are in bold.
Although less than 10% volume surges are considered to be not significant,
increases that are greater than a 10% increase in volume may indicate greedy
buying or panic selling.
